Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to the MakeEyes website and purchases from VividLaunch LLC.

MakeEyes is operated by VividLaunch LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement. A minor may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
MakeEyes may offer digital products, physical goods, crochet products, handmade products, craft products, and home décor.
Each product page identifies the product type and what is included. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before purchasing.
Finished-project photographs, room scenes, props, tools, yarn, packaging, and accessories may be shown for demonstration and are not included unless expressly listed in the product description.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, prices, availability, dimensions, colors, materials, and delivery information.
Screen settings, lighting, handmade variation, and production methods may cause reasonable differences in color, appearance, measurements, and finish.
We may correct obvious errors or update product information before an order is accepted or fulfilled.
5. Orders And Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or description errors.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Violation of purchase limits.
- Inability to verify billing or delivery information.
- Legal or regulatory restrictions.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled amount.
6. Prices And Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and other charges are displayed during checkout where required.
Payment must be successfully authorized using an available payment method. The store uses Shopify and authorized payment providers to process transactions.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed, not sold as ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless different terms are clearly provided, digital content is licensed for personal, non-transferable use. It may not be shared, redistributed, copied for resale, sublicensed, or published.

8. Physical Product Shipping
Physical product orders are subject to the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. physical product orders.
The general estimated delivery timeframe is 1–15 business days unless a different timeframe is clearly displayed on the product page.
9. Returns, Refunds, And Cancellations
Returns, refunds, defective products, cancellations, and digital product exceptions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or other users.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use the store to:

- Interfere with store operation or security.

Store content, including branding, logos, designs, product photographs, patterns, instructions, graphics, text, and digital files, is owned by VividLaunch LLC, MakeEyes, or the applicable rights holder.
No right is granted except the limited right to access the store and use purchased products according to their stated license.
13. Third-Party Services
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services, and social platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Creative patterns and instructions require customer skill, judgment, materials, tools, and proper use. Results may vary based on the customer's experience, materials, measurements, printing, substitutions, and technique.
We do not guarantee a specific creative, decorative, financial, or professional result.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VividLaunch LLC and MakeEyes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
17. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
