Digital Downloads
This policy applies to PDF patterns, templates, guides, instructions, graphics, files, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products sold by MakeEyes.

No physical item is included When a product page identifies an item as a digital product, no printed booklet, finished project, yarn, crochet hook, tool, material, packaging, or physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.
Access may be provided through a checkout confirmation page, order status page, customer account, or an email sent to the address entered during checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and maintaining access to that email account.
What Customers Receive
The product page identifies the specific digital content included in a purchase. Customers should review the product description, file format, skill level, software requirements, dimensions, language, and included materials before ordering.
Lifestyle photographs and finished-project images may be used to demonstrate a potential result. They do not mean the finished physical item is included.
Download Assistance
If a download email is not visible, check spam, promotions, and junk folders. Confirm that the checkout email address is correct.

Customer Technology Requirements
Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, storage capacity, PDF reader, printer, software, or other technology clearly disclosed on the product page.
Printed results may vary depending on printer settings, paper size, scaling, margins, ink, screen calibration, and device settings.
License And Permitted Use
Unless a product page provides different written license terms, the purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use.
The customer may generally:
- Download the purchased file for personal use.
- Store a personal backup copy.
- Print reasonable copies for personal use.
- Use the pattern or guide to create personal projects.
Prohibited Use
Customers may not, unless written permission is provided:
- Share, upload, distribute, email, or transfer the digital file.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the file.
- Publish the complete instructions or substantial portions online.
- Claim the pattern, design, photographs, or written material as their own.
- Use the digital file to create a competing pattern, template, or guide.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
- Use the content for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Finished Products
Permission to sell finished physical items created from a pattern depends on the license stated on that specific product page or inside the purchased file.
Unless commercial permission is expressly included, customers should assume the pattern is licensed for personal use only.
Digital Refunds
Digital purchases are generally final after delivery, access, or download because the electronic content cannot be physically returned.
Limited exceptions for verified duplicate charges, inaccessible files, corrupted files, or content materially different from its description are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
File Updates And Availability
Customers should download and securely save purchased files promptly. Continued hosting, unlimited re-downloads, future updates, and permanent access are not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
